These terms govern your use of LilLogs (“we,” “our,” “the app”), a baby-tracking app for parents to log feeds, sleep, diaper changes, and medicine doses, and to share that log with a partner. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use LilLogs.
Who can use LilLogs
LilLogs is intended for use by adults (parents and caregivers) to track information about their own children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Not medical advice
LilLogs is a logging utility to help you track feeds, sleep, diapers, and medicine — including any health advisories or age-based ranges it shows. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to your pediatrician about your baby's health, feeding, and sleep. We're not liable for decisions made based on information logged in or shown by the app.
Your account and data
You own the information you log in LilLogs. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for making sure you have the right to share it with anyone you invite to a baby's log. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's handled, including automatic deletion of daily log entries after 8 days.
Family sharing
LilLogs lets you invite a partner or caregiver to share a baby's log using an invite code. Anyone you invite can view and add to that baby's log until you revoke their access. You're responsible for who you invite and what access you grant them.
Premium subscription
LilLogs offers an optional paid Premium subscription that unlocks additional features (such as growth tracking, appointments, and notes). Subscriptions are billed and managed through the app store you subscribed via (currently Google Play), auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, and are subject to that store's billing, cancellation, and refund policies — we don't process payments or issue refunds directly. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use LilLogs for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the app or its infrastructure.
- Use invite codes to access a baby's log you haven't been given permission to see.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings — see our Privacy Policy for what that removes. We may suspend or terminate access to LilLogs for anyone who violates these terms or misuses the app.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
LilLogs is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the app reliable and your data accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LilLogs and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or reliance on information logged in it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let account holders know. Continuing to use LilLogs after a change means you accept the updated terms.
